At 26 yrs Coley McGowan has proven to be wise beyond his years. A sheriff deputy who serves his community with the grace and dignity that reminds us how essential and important our law enforcement officers and first responders are to all of us. That same love, dedication and mental fortitude has transcend onto his kayak fishing, making him one of the brightest spots in our sports. Coley brought home the win at the Hobie B.O.S. Coosa River Chain in October. At T.O.C. he earned a hard fought 4th place going toe to toe with the top kayak anglers in the nation, proving that he belongs with the bests of the best.
