Description

A hunting trip to Africa to explore Tanzania’s wildlife, terrain and people greatly opened not only Sue Tidwell's eyes but her heart as well. Although having grown up in a hunting family, she never really grasped the importance of hunting in conservation not only of wildlife and habitat the the role it plays for the people of Africa until she accompanied her husband on an African hunting safari. Around today’s campfire, Larry visits with Ms. Tidwell about what lead her to write her extremely popular “Cries of the Savanna” and why it is an important read for hunter and non-hunter, alike!
