Luke has been one lucky 12 year old these past few weeks! He learned at a very young age that it is not easy lining up hunting trips, and finding hunts for that matter. But when you do - it not only rains it pours!Luke was invited on a management doe hunt in November. He and 8 other youth helped a North Texas landowner control his white-tail deer population by removing 9 does from his property. Luke had a successful hunt and put food on our table!As soon as we left the doe hunt we traveled to West Texas to do some pheasant hunting on a game ranch. That was an experience all in itself! Luke, again, came home with birds in the bag!The following weekend we had the opportunity to hunt ducks over flooded timber - a very cool experience that we won't forget!And finally, you'll hear about Luke's drawn youth hunt for exotics and deer - and a great camping trip overall!Enjoy!
