Dr. Matthew Miraglia is Founder of TAP App Security and President of CLPS Consultancy Group. He is also an Assistant Professor of Homeland Security at Mercy College in New York. Dr. Miraglia is a former United States Marine and retired Police Detective. He holds an M.S. in Organizational Leadership, MBA in Management, Post-master’s Certificate in National Security, and Doctor of Education in Executive Leadership.
