There have been plenty of players who have started their professional careers with visions of becoming a two-way player the likes of Shohei Ohtani. But usually the dream drifts off, with organizations making the prospects choosing either pitching or hitting. But one pick from last year's MLB Draft, Conrad Cason, believes he can make it the distance ... and so does his organization. Taken in the 8th round last July, Cason has been told by the Red Sox he will get the opportunity to continue his dream of becoming a pitcher (who, by the way, throws 100 mph) and hitter at the highest level.
