For this podcast, we define overrated and underrated by factoring in the player's salary, their reputation, and the expectations held by both the team and the fans for the 2019 season. For the sake of this argument, we are not including players who were rookies last year, and we are excluding quarterback Josh Allen, whose play is so polarizing that some fans view him as overrated while others in the fan base consider him underrated.
