Description

Being able to observe our automatic reactions to people and situations is highly important to understand ourselves. Reactionary feelings are indicators of our conditioned programming. And our reactionary actions are extensions of that programming. Negative reactionary feelings and actions tend to stagnate our growth if we do not see the silver lining. However, there is also a spontaneous beauty in reactionary feelings that arise, as we often see in children. In this episode, we explore various layers of our being as we grow from reactionary to responsive.

Observing reactions in ourselves and others

Noticing initial reactionary feelings

Owning our reactions and responsibility to understand others’ views
