Imposter syndrome is like an annoying head cold that periodically appears in all of us. It often holds us back from becoming the highest versions of ourselves. Fear-based messaging throughout society since our childhood is at the root of it. We weren’t usually rewarded for taking risks, being authentic, and following our hearts. Rather, we were often rewarded for good behavior and conformity and shamed otherwise. What if imposter syndrome was just an indicator for us to check alignment with what and how we are pursuing as a goal? In this episode, we discuss the basic workings of imposter syndrome and perspectives on shifting our relationship to it.
