The truth is, we often don’t tell the truth. We overtly lie, sugarcoat, or omit information more often than we know. We are masters of hiding and manipulating our truth and we’ve been practicing it since we were kids. We are walking hypocrites wanting more transparency everywhere. Perhaps we’re afraid of what the truth will reveal about ourselves and others. In this episode, we explore the behavior of lying as an opportunity to recalibrate the importance of honesty in our lives.
