Description

Shame is typically a muddy, uncomfortable combination of feelings. Relationships to food, money, time, and sexuality are breeding grounds for shame. What are you ashamed of? What’s your relationship to shame? How would you describe it? And what’s driving those feelings? We tend to avoid or hide from our shame. Yet, ironically, our shame is an access point to unlocking our true potential.
