The concept of sowing and reaping is employed as both a fear tactic and a motivational tool. While both are valid in their uses, we tend to overemphasize the reaping portion of the concept. Since we want some result or outcome, we will sow. However, what is most important is how we consistently show up when we sow, regardless of the result. This exposes our true purpose for sowing and whether our act of sowing is authentic.
