The comfort zone is dynamic and constantly changing. Our awareness of the edge and intention to push the edge outward is critical for growth. Pushing the edge creates stress on our minds and bodies. Therefore, doing so with a big purpose and deep meaning would be valuable to transmute the stress into further inspiration.
