When’s the last time you were in a state of flow? How would you describe it? How did it feel? When we get a taste of that divine sense of ease, we tend to try to re-create it and reverse engineer our actions leading up to the flow. Interestingly enough, attempts at controlling and overanalyzing work against flow, like trying to swim against the current.
