Description

Our obligations in life may feel empowering or disempowering depending on how we relate to them. It is important to identify the obligations that feel misaligned. Then, either reframe the relationship to it or change the situation of the obligation entirely. Obligations are often accompanied by internal and external judgment that can fester and build resentment. In this episode, we discuss some of the nuances around obligation.
