Idaho lawmakers passed a controversial new law this year that’s already reshaping how cities like Boise handle homelessness. The ‘anti-camping’ law makes public sleeping illegal, and allows the state to sue cities that don’t enforce it. So what’s happening now that the law is in effect? Host Lindsay Van Allen is checking in with Connor O’Hora, who’s the outreach program manager at CATCH. Plus, we learn what barriers are keeping some people unsheltered even when there are beds available.
