Ramen is the new pizza. At least, that’s how local food influencer Philip Tzeng (@LasVegasFill) sees it. With steamy broths, slurpable noodles, and long waitlists, ramen has exploded in Las Vegas, and today he joins co-host Dayvid Figler to dish on where to find the city’s best bowls. And as Vegas slowly transitions out of summer (emphasis on slowly), Phil shares some of the best spots for cold ramen, proving it’s a dish that hits the spot whether you’re cooling off or cozying up.
