A ruling Monday about the limits on Medicaid funding to cover reproductive care in Pennsylvania sent shockwaves across the Commonwealth, but it could still be years before there’s full clarity on whether abortion should be a fundamental right. We’re with Sue Frietsche, co-executive director of the Women’s Law Project and a journalist with the Philadelphia Inquirer to talk about what happened and what’s coming next.
