Local comedian Ndem Nkem moved to town three years ago to escape Fresno, Calif. One big reason? Our fantastic vegan food scene. It also didn’t hurt that our comedy scene is on an upward trajectory. Today we’re talking with this rising comedy star about improv and eating plant-based in our city.
