After a year and a half of staying home, curfews, and other precautions, downtown Salt Lake City seems vibrant to City Cast Host Ali Vallarta. She asks Jacob Hall of Alibi Bar and Place and Surya Bastakati of Himalayan Kitchen if things are going as well for downtown business owners as it may seem to customers.
