The guys from Dawgman.com - Kim Grinolds and Scott Eklund - come strong on Tuesday morning with a number of Washington-related recruiting updates. It's been a busy time for the Huskies, who just got done having a big official visit weekend the first weekend of June, and a number of Washington coaches went to the Rise/Pacific Lutheran University Showcase in Tacoma this past weekend. They also have a number of prospects set to visit Montlake this coming weekend as part of their Rising Stars camp.
Eklund was on hand at PLU, so they go in-depth on the players he saw, including 2021 top athlete Emeka Egbuka, top 2020 big athlete Sav'ell Smalls, 2021 UW QB commit Sam Huard, as well as one of his receivers - Junior Alexander. They wrap up everything they've seen so far in June, including analysis of Roger Rosengarten's verbal commitment to the Huskies and their Monday offer to Carson Bruener, son of UW tight end legend Mark Bruener
