When I started off in my industry I had no idea how to technically do my job, identify my ultimate guest, attract them, and create an evangelist that would exponentially expand my reach. I think it goes without saying I had no understanding how to start a business, build a team, construct a successful culture, implement sustainable systems, and build a national multi-million dollar brand and I loved every moment of it! I woke up early and stayed up late and invited challenges into my life that would cause me to create solutions on the fly!
