The WeMAR TPT Task Force has been in conversation with the Arizona Department of Revenue discussing DOR process and procedures. We have made suggestion on how DOR processes may be improved so that property managers, property owners and all TPT taxpayers may pay TPT in an efficient and timely manner.
The Arizona State Legislature will open its 2019 session on January 14th. REALTOR® Day at the Capitol will be January 15th. You can register for REALTOR® Day at the Capitol at www.wemargad.org.

GAD Podcasts will be adding occasional longer podcasts dedicated to an issue or topic important to the real estate industry. Our first two long form podcasts will be Fair Housing and a wholesale lending update including what's new at the CFPB. They are both in production, so listen for them later this month.
