He’s been in the advertising business for over 30 years and has seen it (not) change, (not) evolve and (not) move with the times.
That’s the problem really. The resistance to change and inability to disrupt itself in order to stay relevant and differentiated against the hordes of attackers in the form of the big tech companies, consultancies, in-house agencies, automation, AI, specialists and yes, even the boutiques.
To quote Gareth from Four Weddings and a Funeral, “It’s hell out there!”
