Rapper, MC & TV Producer Den10 hangs out with the Junk and Jam Hour host Christopher Albert at the Radio Free Brooklyn studio, and talks about his early start and long journey in the Hip-Hop scene.
Hailing from Harlem - Den10 originally made his debut on the Hip-Hop scene in 98’ - and has since worked with the illest of MC’s, including Battle Legend, Loaded Lux, started a rap battle group of his own, and has been featured on songs with Mook, Ron Browz, Sean Kingston, Smoke Dza and many more.
Den10 shares his first dope single, "AYSM - Are You Sh*tting Me" from his upcoming EP, DIME BABY – and other fire tracks - as well as talks about how he lives his life through his music, while also expanding his artistic reach into TV and film.
He also details the struggles of his early childhood, losing his mother and how he found his voice through his traumas; and provides commentary on his overwhelmingly positive views about the current state of Hip-Hop and "Mumble Rap," and shares a story about once being locked up with the legendary Pete Rock - who coincidentally, doesn't share Den10's optimism about the current Hip-Hop roster.
