Welcome to episode 27 of Living Well While Living Online. Today, host Tami Reilly is joined by Mark Tortora, Associate Director of Education Abroad at Quinnipiac University. He is a Bobcat through and through as he is also an alumni there too. His opportunity to study abroad sparked his love of travel, and as a result, he pursued his M.A. from University College Cork, Ireland. Mark and his wife are homeschooling their three children and see knowledge as a form of self-care. Spending time outdoors, raising chickens and exploring the neighborhood are important components of his holistic approach to life. He has always been a lover of dance and using it to feel good in our bodies. It definitely provides stability to his life. Mark's caring and compassionate manner will certainly inspire you to shut down technology and get more intentional as much as you can. Living Well While Living Online is a production of the Quinnipiac University Podcast Studio. It is hosted by Tami Reilly, director of fitness and well-being, and produced by Mike Bachmann. Heather Popovics manages social media, and the executive producer is David DesRoches, director of community programming.
