Description

Welcome to episode 14 of Living Well While Living Online. This week's episode honors the life of Natatshia Iacovelli, who tragically passed away days after recording her interview with host and dear friend, Tami Reilly. Tami shares a heartfelt message to open the show, reflecting on her friendship with Tash. In this special episode, we see that healing takes time and that we need to create habits to feel that we have purpose. Tash's thoughtful "five things each day" practice is something to strive for as it not only provides us with some sense of purpose each day, but it reminds us of the importance of connection and kindness. These two things can easily get left out in our daily struggle to figure out what is right for us each day. Her wisdom of asking, "is this adding joy to my life" is another big takeaway that each of us should ask more. There are small things we can and should give ourselves permission to have and do that will provide us with a sense of joy - even if it is for a few minutes. Those few minutes can be so impactful. Natashia was working on living more courageously and present each day. She was truly a best friend to so many people, and she was finally working on easing off on herself and to allow herself to surrender more and be perfect less. This Thanksgiving week, let's all take her advice and truly remind ourselves of the things we are grateful for. On behalf of the entire Living Well While Living Online team, we send our deepest condolences to the Iacovelli family and all who were graciously impacted by Natashia.
