Host Tami Reilly is the director of fitness & well being at Quinnipiac University, and she's been working in fitness and wellness her entire career. Tami works with the student fitness instructors on campus mentoring and guiding them as well as acting as an international fitness presenter and continuing education provider in the global community. Additionally, she is the advisor to a variety of student organizations, a faculty leader for the Global Solidarity Spring Break program, serves on a number of committees and hosts a variety of well being programs on campus.
Tami holds certifications and memberships within the fitness world and serves as a Master Trainer for many programs. She has presented at numerous fitness conferences over the past 15 years, and is a certified Wellness and Life Coach.
