Description

Welcome to episode 12 of Living Well While Living Online. This week, host Tami Reilly is joined by Aaron Machado and Kathleen Lekko, two Quinnipiac student Veterans who have served in the Marines. They drew upon the discipline of their habits from being in the service to set up a schedule to help get themselves through each day. Their candid discussion surrounding things they are working on like being hard on yourself, putting others before oneself and holding yourself accountable is certainly something we all are working on. It can be exceptionally difficult during our current climate of isolation and less physical connection as well. Whether it be seeing more families outside together or recognizing the imperfections of technology, both Aaron and Kathleen's reflections during this time will resonate with all of you. And, from the entire Living Well While Living Online team, we are eternally grateful for Aaron and Kathleen's service to our country. Living Well While Living Online is a production of the Quinnipiac University Podcast Studio. It is hosted by Tami Reilly, director of fitness and well-being and produced by Mike Bachmann. Heather Popovics manages social media, and the executive producer is David DesRoches, director of community programming.
