On this episode of Make It Cute, Miles talks about burnout and more specifically how to recognize that you may be approaching burn out before it actually happens. Miles shares experiences of times he has felt burnt out and ways that in his experience he was able to turn it around.

Mozzarella Sticks:

4 mozzarella sticks (cut in half)

1/2 cup flour

2 eggs

1/2 panko breadcrumbs

Salt

Pepper

Oregano

Garlic Powder

Basil

Cut mozzarella sticks in half and set up dredging station. Season your dredging station with salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried basil, and dried oregano. Once dredging station is set up dip each stick in to flour, egg, and breadcrumbs until covered. Airfry at 385F for approx 7-8 minutes. Serve with preferred dipping sauce.

Miles Mule:

4-5 oz ginger beer

1 oz lime juice

1.5 oz flavored light rum (pineapple, dragon berry, raspberry, etc)

Add ice to a glass. Pour flavored rum into the glass. Squeeze your lime juice in. Top with ginger beer and stir. Serve with a lime wheel or lime wedge.
