Donna Quach is a psychotherapist and an Army medical Officer Veteran.
She is the founder of the non-profit You Matter – Not Alone Suicide Prevention Charity.
After knowing that the students at the local high schools in Burbank were committing suicide monthly, She along with her team founded YMNA to support the cause and bring more education to mental health.
The establishment’s main mission is dedicated to suicide prevention, mental health awareness, and human advocacy work all around the world.
Donna with her clinical team and mental health advocates traveled to schools, military bases, and public events to bring awareness and educate on the importance of taking care of our mental health, and suicide prevention.
