It's MLS Play-In night and Morning Kickaround has you covered for the start of the MLS Cup Playoffs and more.
They start by looking at those two MLS playoff games tonight. The Chicago Fire host Orlando City with the Portland Timbers welcoming Real Salt Lake to Oregon following shortly thereafter. Also, The USA has formally submitted a bid to host the 2031 Women's World Cup with Mexico, Jamaica, and Costa Rica as part of the bid. The Miami La Liga game has also been cancelled, but we need to be clear that it was not the league calling the game off.
The crew is then joined by Travis Clark from Top Drawer Soccer to go over the latest on reform plans for college soccer before going over the stadium situation in Des Moines.
