In 1981, Robin Durrer - a 19-year-old woman with developmental disabilities - left her home in the Franklin County village of Lockbourne to ride her 10-speed to a local store. She never made it back. She was sexually assaulted and beaten to death in a wooded area 300 yards from her house.
