The Browns held their first of two joint practices against the Eagles on Monday in Philadelphia. It was a good opportunity to get a look at the new-look Browns offense against a fierce Eagles and pass rush and see the Browns' new defense and pass rush go against a good Eagles offense.
Mary Kay Cabot, Ashley Bastock and Dan Labbe recapped Day 1 of the joint practices early Tuesday morning and discussed what they saw. They start by looking at the offense and the state of the receiver room, especially on a day when Amari Cooper struggled.
Then they turn their attention to the defense. What did they see from the defensive line on Monday? What about the secondary and how they matched up against the Eagles passing attack?
