Originally from England, Sue trained in nursing and travelled extensively working in many different countries before settling in Canada. She began caring for wildlife in Napanee, Ontario 25 years ago. Since then Sandy Pines Wildlife Centre has grown into the busiest Rehabilitation Centre in Eastern Ontario, taking in over 5,000 animals and birds a year.
