This Week’s Happy Hour Special: Cinderella Mocktail
Ingredients:
· 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
· 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
· 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
· 1/2 teaspoon grenadine
· 2–3 dashes Angostura bitters
· 1/2 cup of ginger beer
· Orange slice (to garnish)
Instructions:
Fill a shaker with ice, then add the orange juice, lemon juice, pineapple juice and grenadine. Shake. Pour the mixture into a tall glass with ice, then add the ginger beer and bitters. Garnish with an orange slice, sip, and enjoy!
