Michael Kiolbassa has been the President of Kiolbassa Provision Company for over 33 years. It’s a family-owned company that produces smoked meats, and was founded by his grandfather in 1945. Michael took over the business in 1987 and experienced massive growth. They now distribute in 48 states and are the highest-grossing premium sausage manufacturer in Texas.
