Farrell is the co-founder (with Neale Donald Walsch) and Worldwide Executive Director of Humanity's Team, a non-profit organization based in Boulder, Colorado. The organization is focused on helping people worldwide awaken to their deeper selves through an awareness of the interconnectedness of everything.
Today, Humanity’s Team has approximately 700,000 friends in over 150 countries. Their projects include the Conscious Business Declaration and the Conscious Business Change Agent (CBCA) certification program; Transformational Education programs in business, science, spirituality, creativity, relationships, healing, and conscious living on the Humanity Stream+ streaming service; free programs from luminaries such as Gregg Braden, Bruce H. Lipton, Ph.D, and Lynne McTaggart; the annual Global Oneness Day celebration, created following a Humanity’s Team visit to the United Nations in May 2010; and service projects focused on improving the environment and lives of people worldwide.
