Are you ready to take a quantum leap into hope and your heart in 2024? In this interview I talk with Phoenix Rose about her new book, Hope and Heart, A Quantum Leap into the Aquarian Age, where she encourages you to trust in yourself, and follow your intuition to guide you to a more expanded and meaningful life.
Hope and Heart, A Quantum Leap into the Aquarian Age (fifty years a student of metaphysics, a long time Rosicrucian, amateur astrologer, and lover of science and nature), and was published by Balboa Press. Her book is an inspirational, multi-faceted poetry and prose anthology about love, nature, optimism, self-reflection, and a new understanding of consciousness and science through Quantum physics.
Theoretical Quantum physicist, Amit Goswami, PhD., whom she frequently quotes from his numerous books, contends that “not matter, but consciousness, is the basis of all being.” If accepted by all science, this could prove the notion of an interconnectedness – a Oneness - of all life, and radically change the thinking of humanity. One day this could reunite science and spirituality.
The Poetry section is divided into six themes: Nature, Innocence, Going Within, Love, Aspiration and Joy. Mostly written since 2006, but ranging from 1963 to the present, her sixty poems are 'sprinkled' with the author's burgeoning artwork.
Her prose is Aiming High, Quantum Hope, A Paradigm Shift in Science and Peace Begins Within.
The author shares that we have responsibility and creative power to elevate our consciousness toward a higher level, our Home Sweet Home; and quoting Rumi, who said, “What you seek is seeking you.” Finally, she admonishes us to “Keep anticipating your creative Quantum leaps and always have hope!”
Phoenix Rose has an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from North Lake College near Dallas, Texas, and at the University of Texas at Arlington, was inducted into the Alpha Chi Scholastic Honor Society.
A writer, artist, student of life, and perennial volunteer, she studied astrology in the 1970s with Arlene Kramer, Uranian astrologer and former president of the American Federation of Astrologers, and later studied with Mae R. Wilson-Ludlam, PMAFA.
In Ontario, the author is a member of several local community groups – one for Climate Action, another to preserve nearby wetlands, and two writers’ groups. She has developed and facilitated numerous community workshops on metaphysical and spiritual topics.
In her spare time, she enjoys Taoist Tai Chi, yoga, forest bathing, gardening, reading mostly non-fiction and historical fiction. To recharge her creative “well” she especially relishes taking walking meditations along the beaches of Georgian Bay, Ontario and those near Charleston, SC with her husband. They recently retired after twenty years of ballroom dancing lessons. The mother of three, she has six grandchildren, and wants the best future for them and all humanity.
