Last season, Auburn Football had trouble stopping the run. After losing to important piece from the defensive line and despite some impressive transfer signings, the Spring wasn't looking too much better along the defensive front. When you couple that with a lot of uncertainty at the linebacker position, Auburn may be in trouble against the run again this season. UMass looked better than expected in their first game, posting over 5 yards per carry against New Mexico State.
