Mike was an instrumental part of the success of scaling Providence Service Corporation (NASDAQ: PRSC) over the course of 23 years beginning his work in Providence's community based behavioral health services division as a direct care provider and finishing as the CEO. As CEO, Mike led the sale of Providence Human Services to Molina Healthcare (NYSE: MOH) in 2015. Mike is currently CEO of Hillcrest Family Services serving Northeast Iowa where he has been able to merge two professional passions which include a focus on developing high performing teams and accelerating positive client outcomes through high tech/human touch solutions.
