The world assumes arbitration clauses are standard and no big deal and save money. That is wrong on many fronts. An arbitration clause typically requires an unknowing waiver of a Constitutional right to a jury trial, and as time goes on, arbitrations go longer and are far more expensive than was originally the case. This session talks about how to make a clause enforceable and fair under today’s changing law and why every person entering into, or drafting a contract that has an arbitration clause must be aware of so many things most of them do not know. Listen up, and tune in and learn.
