Following the Tigers win over Cincinnati for their first AAC Championship, lead writer Christian Fowler and digital content producer Kenny Stubblefield recap the 29-24 win.
From the plays that Antonio Gibson and Damonte Coxie made to the final defensive stand, Fowler and Stubblefield give their recap.
During the American Athletic Conference Championship Game, ESPN's Chris Lowe broke the news that Mike Norvell and Florida State had agreed to terms on Norvell becoming the Seminoles head coach.
The Norvell-Florida State rumors had been swirling, and it was basically a foregone conclusion that he'd go. Although it won't be made official until tomorrow afternoon, it's time to take a look back at what Norvell has done for the program.
In his four seasons, Norvell compiled a 38-15 record, three AAC West titles and an AAC Championship. Despite leaving the program, Norvell deserves a ton of credit and respect from the fanbase for what he's built in Memphis.
After discussing Norvell's tenure at Memphis and decision to go to Florida State, Fowler and Stubblefield discuss some of the names that have already popped up in the coaching search and break down some coaches who could get interviews.
