2oz Mezcal
2oz Lime Juice
2oz Rose Water
2Tbsp Honey
1 Dried Chile de Arbol Pepper
Pour mezcal, lime juice, and rose water into mixing glass. Add chopped up chile de arbol pepper. Warm up honey to make easier to work with and add to mixing glass. Stir vigorously until honey is fully incorporated into mixture. Double strain into glass over ice. Garnish with lime peel.
