Summer is gone, but we're still fitting in one last hurrah. Zooming in all the way from poolside in Palm Springs, Brothers Ryan and Taylor Lawhon of LA indie pop duo Mating Ritual toast us to their latest album Songs for the Morning and the Evening Times. While the rest of the Northern Hemisphere is busy fishing their cardigan sweaters out of the back of their closets and rushing down to 7-Eleven to pour pumpkin spice Slurpees directly into their mouths, we're knocking back refreshing (and smoldering) Pineapple Ladies. 2oz Spiced Rum
2oz Pink Lemonade
3oz Pineapple Juice
Caffeinated Sparkling Water
Grand Marnier
1/2 hollowed out Lime
Add ice to a large glass and pour in rum, pink lemonade, pineapple juice, and sparkling water. Pour Grand Marnier into the hollowed out lime. For extra flare, light it on fire (USE EXTREME CAUTION! WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOU!). Enjoy?
