4oz Malibu Rum
2oz Pineapple Juice
2oz Jarritos Fruit Punch
4oz Lime Seltzer
3-4 scoops Rainbow Sherbet
1oz Lime Juice
Mint
Bitters
Muddle mint, lime juice, and a few dashes of bitters together in a shaker or separate glass. Add Malibu, pineapple, Jarritos, and ice and stir ingredients well. Strain into large goblet. Add lime seltzer. Top with rainbow sherbet and enjoy!
