Sharing my thoughts on the #buffalomassacre. We ALL MUST recommit to being upstanders and not bystanders in the face of ignorance and hate. Your silence is compliance. If you’re not part of the solution you are part of the problem. Whatever you’re doing to fight for peace and change is not enough. WE ALL need to do more and I’m calling on you to do more, be more, give more, FIGHT more to create the respect for difference and #diversity that we are all deserving of.
