I was listening to #deadlinewhitehouse today about the assassination of #charliekirk. One thing she stated is that "violence isn't politics." I believe that she is wrong. Violence IS politics in America and we HAVE to confront it. Of course #nicollewallace was making the point that political violence is not acceptable and should never be but it IS acceptable in this country. Republican leaders have made it acceptable and we have to call out the fact that, while there is violence that comes from all sides of the political spectrum, republican LEADERS own the license on calls for political violence and are selective on how they condemn it.
