Jacques Rougeau is one of the best known Canadian pro wrestlers of the 1980’s and 90’s. He is best known for his time in the WWF with his brother Raymond as the Fabulous Rougeau Brothers, The Mountie, and one half of the Quebecers with Carl Oullet.
