Neha Sonney
– The Whinypaluza Podcast with Rebecca Greene Episode 044 Relationship Academy
Neha Sonney Speaker. Trainer. Coach (ICF Accredited) Being a mom is a very fulfilling role in a woman’s life. As women, we are geared for relationships and to nurture them. Neha Sonney understands how differently women parent as well as how important it is for both parents to be on the same page.
Differences in opinions in parenting affect marriages. Fifty percent of marriages are not a conscious decision, and often parenting is a topic couples don’t talk about, which only creates more problems in both the marriage and relationship with the children. It’s essential that women get as much emotional support from others around them so that they can bring their best to the marriage.
Neha has been meditating since 2012 and swears by the results it brings to you personally and to your relationships. Neha is the mother of a cool teenager. She and her better half Todd have all sorts of conversations, including those that may be uncomfortable.
