This week: You Can’t Do It All
We can’t do all the things all the time. Know what your strengths are and delegate activities and tasks to those who are good at them.
Accept that you won’t be able to do some of the things you want to do. Remember, we have technology to help! Livestream, record a video, etc.
Multitasking can be great, but make sure to be present and focused on the important things. When you are working, focus on work. When you are with your family, focus on being with your family.
Be sure to create a balance when you can.
Consider what you value most and what you want to focus on when deciding what you put your time to.
You can’t do it all, but making plans helps!
Be sure to make time and take time for fun.
